As a former resident of Denver, this is horseshit. I have bever been happier that I moved to rural Georgia than I am this morning.

Never said it was because I smoke weed. I am saying smoking doesn't stop me from living MY American Dream.

But keep judging

I love your assumptions. And since you bring it up.....

I don't eat out, i prepare all my food.

I maybe drink 1 or 2 alcoholic beverages a week

I host and stream my own content.

I exercise 3-4 times a week

Minimum 8 hrs of sleep a night

I have a measured 11% body fat (proud of that)

Smoke weed once a day, after kids are asleep.

Other things I also do,; i own my own business, i work a full time position, im happily married to a banging hot woman, i brew beer, and I'm building a new home. Just to name a few....

The recent uptick in hate for pot is somewhat perplexing to me. People been watching Reefer Madness or something?

You are mistaking weed for a different drug. None if what you justvsaid is true, about weed. Maybe heroin and meth, but going through "hell" to quit smoking weed is ridiculous.

I disagree. This strip of shopping is only one small example. I might also add that I travel for work and see local towns all over the great US of A, Blue states are suffering more because of the heavy handed COVID measures in place.

I do see your point, but I think you are grossly underestimating the small business economy.

Either way, we can agree to disagree. I got to go to work now, have a great day Pede!

'Dispensaries are definitely open my friend, deemed essential actually. Also, yes, most stores are open and not under a 'lockdown.' But you missed the point of what I said. The local economy here in Denver has taken a huge hit from the so called 'lockdown' (i get it, you don't like that word). The big box stores have stayed open, but the small businesses here are the ones that took the hit. For example, Cherry Creek Mall is a very upscale shopping center in Denver. Almost every store front is currently boarded up and for lease. What was once a thriving small business economy is now a ghost town. It might not be a true lockdown by definition, but that's the word being used to describe it. The "stay at home" order was in effect long enough here to create this problem. The local media continuing to call it a lockdown is keeping people in the same mindset.

In case I am not being clear, the small business's are the ones that are still closed. Rather out of business.

As a colorado pede, it's not fake news. I get what you're saying, that people are still free to move and they do so greatly, but the state of the local business economy here is in the shitter. nothing but boarded up shops in the nicest of areas of Denver. The 'lockdown' is still in place and killing more small businesses everyday, which is the overall goal.
