Because the only reason Obama HAD an idiot like Biden as his vice president was as an insurance policy against assassination, in my opinion. Who in their right mind would “take out” Obama, if it meant Biden would become the president.......wait! They are actually VOTING for Biden to be president now! Sheesh!
