It is simpler than that.

When investigators started digging into Biden Ukraine corruption, Creepy Joe got word, and then Ol' Joe decided to run for office to get the cover provided by being a candidate.

Anna was born in St. Petersburg, Russia to a Nigerian father and Ukrainian mother. When Anna was 11 years old, her family moved to Germany, then Phoenix, then Kuwait - where they lived until the beginning of the Persian Gulf War - and finally to Texas.

No. He was allowed to continue and graduate. See my other post in this thread.

It came up as a topic in the mid 90’s when a similar situation arose with another student at SUCOL. That’s when I had a chance to discuss it with a long tenured member of the faculty.

Biden was supposed to be thrown out of SU law for cheating, having violated the rules of the college so badly. Biden's claims that it was a mere mistake are total bullshit.

He apologized, then begged and pleaded for forgiveness. SUCOL, much to our nation's chagrin, capitulated and allowed him to stay enrolled, retake the class and eventually graduate.

The lesson Ol' Joe learned was go ahead and cheat all you want because, on the rare occasion that you get caught ,you can exploit the kindness of Americans by uttering a BS apology and get forgiven.

(I had a chance to discuss this in a small group of students with a (now deceased) professor who was involved with the process to kick Biden out. Amusingly, he also told us that NY Times article on the matter misrepresented the his position on the matter.)
