Blacks make up 13-15% of population, yet are responsible for over 50% violent crime every year. This data has been collected for almost 40 years and remains consistent. Also, the violent crime is mainly males under the age of 50, so roughly 7% of the population commits a very large number of homicides and other violent crime. This is where the possibility of excessive force comes into play. Not because of their fuckin skin color.
