Basically they get around campaign finance law by not donating to the candidate but a 501c “charity”

The “charity” then runs ads for the candidate or helps with registering for their party etc.

When you see a political commercial where they say its not run by the candidate but by a very weirdly named thing like “joe for america pac”, this is where its going.

They also spend a large amount on travel, activism, and attending events, essentially serving as a slush fund for elites in most cases. Can basically be used as legal money laundering because you cant prove its anything but a donation.

If you wonder where activists get their signs you can point usually at charity or pacs for this funding.

Clarification: This was solidified in Citizens United. A controversial supreme court case that nobody has challenged. It could be easily revised by law to not infringe on rights but restore abuse of campaign finance but our congress is useless.

I've been casually looking into debate rules and whatnot.

My thought is this is an attempt not to run for president, but to attempt to gain a platform at the debates if biden tries to excuse his way out so he can discuss the actual issues for blacks. Event then, if they deny a black man entry, there could be some room for backlash.

This does a couple things:

1. Will show media hypocrisy as they scoff at his answers (which will be aligned with what blacks think), since they can't pull racist questions out to try and gotcha biden or trump.
2. It FORCES biden to attend the debates - since the last thing they want is a debate with kanye and trump on primetime television
3. It lets Kanye test the water for a 2024 run.

I really dont think he'll be even attempt to run, but the message/platform is his goal.

Biden will shit talk up a mad storm up until some time before the debates.

Biden will contract the Cuomovirus (aka CUOMO-19), and he'll be pitied and darling'd by the media through all 3 debate schedules, attempting to demonize and bait Trump into talking about his health - this way he doesn't have to do ANY debates, and the media can celebrate the success and praise his good health and strength when he "survives".

Biden will owe his survival to whatever big pharma medicine they are peddling at that given time (likely a Gates sponsored drug).
