There's roughly 75,000 people, soldiers and civilians, under the umbrella of the 82nd...it's freaking huge. Odds are they've never crossed paths in all honesty. 24 years in boots, multiple tours on Bragg, I just put no value on them both being in the 82nd. I hope that I'm wrong.
I used to kind of believe that the bad FBI agents were just the top 1 or 2% of their entire workforce.
However, now I know that not only was my judgement wrong, but everyone else who said/thought the same thing was wrong. After all these years not a single solitary soul has come forward to rebuke their leadership for a whole host of illegal activities. A liar by omission is still a liar. They need a full-scale reboot or a complete replacement.
I was once a young agnostic know it all pede brethren, but life straightened me out. I had a very hard time believing in the concept of a God, of Intelligent Design. Life showed me that there was pure evil walking the Earth, pure unadulterated evil lives amongst us pedes. We fight for our children/grandchildren/those who come after us, until God has had enough and decides to straighten things out permanently and forever. Only through the Lord Jesus can you have life everlasting and I could not believe that anymore than I do. I've had the opportunity to serve several tours in violent regions of the world and I've seen firsthand how evil man can be to one another it's disgusting and stomach turning.
