It does when those enforcing the law disregard the Constitution.

They didn't want to actually release a bioweapon, so they did the next best thing. Called an entire family of known corona viruses (the flu) "The Coronavirus" and stoked fear based on that.

Shit runs downhill, a thousand people don't have to know. The entire operation could be carried out by a handful of people. 99.999% of people on the ground are just going on information they are told. For instance, a doctor in a hospital will administer a test and verify results but has no way to verify a test.

I'd believe this over a lot of other scenarios.

I feel like you didn't respond to what I posted but just went on with your next talking point to which I already posted a rebuttal for.

The top comments on all these posts are "Don't believe this shit."

Please.

No matter what group of people you try to characterize, once it is large enough it will contain groups of all types of people. There are racists, jew haters, Qanons, conspiracy nuts and all the above. It happens when free speech is allowed and narratives aren't controlled and coordinated by a brainwashed blob. People will post it, people will upvote it, people will dispute it in the comments and discourse has been had.

"Let's just start calling the common cold 'the Coronavirus'. We could spread fear and control the world population without having to lift a finger."

"Nobody will believe it, that's crazy."

"Watch this."

Very few states give jail time for a 1st offense, especially when you're going to plead guilty. Not sure how it isn't common knowledge to anyone who has a license.

You continue to write strongly worded letters that people laugh at and throw away while our country succumbs to Communism.

We will take care of it for you.

I think it's dumb too, but I don't seek to ban things or prevent others from doing it because my personal preference is different. I just don't use it.

This is why I'm saying no stimulus at this point is needed. It has been so long that most people aren't just sitting at home praying for a government check. People with bills have found other ways to pay (or not) and 600-2000 isn't just going to right the ship. Plus it devalues any money you did have saved up to try to make it through.

Right. Nothing that hasn't happened before should ever happen. Except for the things they approve of. Those are just fixing things that should not have happened in the first place.

If only they had the same standard for Washington.

It is the exception really, not the rule. Like you said it takes time, dedication, talent and motivation. The overwhelming majority of people who have that, aren't teaching. If lightning strikes enough times, it eventually hits someone.
