You are probably correct. I know a young guy who has wanted to be a cop since he was a kid. Majored in criminal justice, he's smart, fair and an all around good guy. He's also seriously re-thinking that career choice because now he thinks there are too many sell outs in our local police forces. He'l the kind we need.
Dropped mine and my families mail in ballots off yesterday at our public library, one of the designated places. Even though I don't love the idea of "mail in", I'm not too worried. My town is very red, and so is the county it's in. There are also surveilance cameras so they see if the number of voters matches the number of votes. You know so the dems can't vote ten times like they do.
NJ Pede checking in.
Think of all the universities around the country that are doing online classes. If many of these left leaning "children" are at home, maybe their parents can knock some sense into them.
We'll see, but stupid runs deep in liberals.
Unfortunately the weasels seem to be proliferating. I live in a summer resort area that was hit very hard by restaurant closures, mask wearing and just businesses being treat horribly by the governor (NJ Governor and Moron at large, Phil Murphy). Anyway on FB some clown who thinks he owns our resort town was putting out the information that the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony was only open to residents of that particular rather small town, and by invitation only. Of course I brought it to the attention of our local Chamber of Commerce, the entity that works to bring business in. The tree lighting, which occurs on Thanksgiving weekend is a big shopping day and evening for all the merchants in town, and this asshat who apparently doesn't worry about money was about to torpedo it. Just keep in mind there are people like him everywhere and they all suck.
I'm inclined to agree but with some exceptions. I used .the mail in ballots because it was the only option. They were deposited in a secure place with camera surveillance 24/7. Also, Republican majority town and county.I took my vote, husband's, son's and daughter's and put them in the locked receptacle. On the envelope of each ballot that was not my own, I filled out the "bearer" information so there would be no question on their legitimacy. Because there was camera security I have no doubt of the safety of the ballots cast. BTW anything less than that is ripe for fraud. Every vote could easily be linked to person so the numbers would be accurate. If the bearer section of the envelope was not filled out, for those ballots not one's own, those votes should be thrown out.
