Downvote away, but it's honestly not a bad idea. It's just that instead of the government paying the money, I was thinking that huge mega corporations could set up funds for this instead? In return, the killers could get involved and help out to give back to the companies.
We could call the corporate fund pools something like.... "payroll" maybe?

I remember seeing Sanjay Gupta on CNN a few years ago arguing that MARIJUANA shouldn't be legalized because there "hadn't been enough testing done yet".... Like motherfucker what?! Hundreds of millions of people have been testing it daily for DECADES!
And now he'll of course completely support injecting the population with this with months of testing.
That's where a lot of the battle comes from.
The left makes a fortune for them and their extended families by developing programs to put band-aids on all of life's problems. So people who are careless and walk around life creating problems are their bread and butter.
Every 911 call, emergency service visit, hospital stay, court case, city fine, single parent baby, insurance claim... Abortion... That's the kind of stuff they print money with and widen their footprint.
While the left would like you to believe the right is full of abortion fanatics, the truth is conservatives have a wide range of opinions on the matter. Some religious, some moral/ethical, some family based, and some purely fiscal. Some of us don't care at all one way or another.
Don't let them shoebox us into one thing.
