No, it will be dismissed on procedural grounds. Have any litigation regarding this election ever gotten to the point of scrutinizing evidence??? Asking a legitimate question because the answer is probably no.

Just get your state to allow any eligible person to own the firearms we can presently buy. Each state could have their own manufacturer (no interstate commerce). Blue states did it with pot and now hard drugs like meth, against federal law, so we can do the same with weapons.

If lockdowns in Europe and blue states work so well, why are we experiencing record numbers of new cases? Answer: they don't work. Go out to eat! And the virus is not that lethal now that docs know how to treat it.

Texas was the big one. That hasty decision was suspicious. Has any court actually allowed Trump's team, or Wood or Powell to submit evidence? Have no knowledge that any court has. The cases seem to tossed out without examining the merits.

Slaphappy 2 is right. Us folks that lived in, or used to live in, Alabama knew Sessions was a gentleman and an intellectual. But he just doesn't have the stomach to occupy that position.

Crack doesn't last long in your system, 30 minutes and you need another hit. Sitting through hours of a Senate Committee would cause painful withdrawals.

Why has Africa been hit less by SARS-CoV-19 than any other continent save Antarctica?

Just send him on vacation. St. Petersburg is a lovely city and should be on everyone's bucket list. Just one thing: Vladimir Putin: George Soros Is Wanted “Dead Or Alive”.

Before the election and especially in the RNC convention, China came up a lot, including dissident speakers (the blind man). Now over the past week China is getting a lot of attention. This may be where Trump nails them. I sure hope he remains POTUS but if not, he and his team could spill the beans and make it difficult for Biden to get anything done.

Tim Pool, like him or not, has reported on "color revolutions" in many countries. He says what he saw in other countries is playing out right now in America. Egyptians got lucky, their military ended the madness. Libya got screwed.

Rush has said this for years. Not sure when he said it, over 10 years ago, but remember the quote well: "given the scaredy cat nature of the Republican Party..."

Maybe Flynn's team did inspect the machines, but this doesn't prove he did. Just says "sources", no names.

I believe the statements by Biden about Voter Fraud are a smoking gun. Why can't the judiciary see this? it is right in front of the world. Are they stupid, weak or compromised? If one was on tape bragging about how they stuck up the bank, then were caught, how can this not be evidence? Our judiciary has held themselves up as frauds. Are we not supposed to believe our eyes and ears? This will not end well, as the left talks of reeducation camps (and the obvious loss of one's children). Chicken of war because the left doesn't get what they want? What will happen when ordinary Americans lose everything, including their children if they don't comply? Civil war either way. I hope (and pray, pray, pray) I am wrong and DJT is president in 2021.

If it does show, beyond a shadow of a doubt, we cannot rely on courts or any alphabet agencies. Say the CCP has a major role in this election. At this point our elected and appointed officials will throw their hands in the air and say they can't do anything. Let me tell you, I have experience with that--that's what I heard from corporate management and then I mangled my supervisor's career. Be smart, use their treason against them. Side with the CCP, so be it. They will have their answer shortly after the first few "executive orders" (otherwise known as royal declarations). 2A.

Rudy is correct--this action is pathetic. I thought at least the Supreme (kangaroo) Court would punt it to the respective legislatures and wash their hands of it. Like Pontius Pilate. Sad they can't even reach his level. They are modern equivalents of Pétain and Quisling. If we are now a vassal state of China, does this make India, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Indonesia the equivalent of WWII's United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand?

My father is an attorney and has been very pessimistic. I told him I never would believe the corruption, not allowing any plaintiff to present evidence of fraud. It is just dismissed out of hand, usually on procedural grounds. He was not surprised at this corruption. Telling. Still love Trump, declassify everything not essential to national security. And I want to know about JFK while we are at it. Today, JFK would be "far right": he hated communism.

This is going to go worldwide. Pray the people in the US and Venezuela will be free! Trump will liberate not only the United States but the world! This could be biblical!

Communist China, where to begin? The horrendous treatment of Tibetans, Mongolians, Uighurs, Christians, Buddhists, Falun Gong, etc. This cannot be allowed. If so, we will be next. Hate to say it, but may the Lord bring his wrath on these barbarians. And their western enablers. Brits had the guts to end world slavery over a century ago. Why can't we do it again?

Sorry, these are the times one has to take sides. Side with the CCP or side with constitutional democracy? Many friendly countries' lives hang in the balance, as do ours. Will we betray ourselves and our allies for a cheap buck?

From the Georgia rally there were chants of "We love you!" I may be wrong, but I have never in over a half a century of engagement with politics ever heard people shouting this to any elected leader. Impressive. Oh, by the way, I love him also.

If true, this is only consistent with reports alleging that the Bin Ladin family members were the only ones allowed to fly after 9/11.

From what I understand the Texas case is not is not a state issue. The SCOTUS is the appropriate place for state vs state arguments to be heard. The people here who say that SCOTUS will nullify themselves if they nullify the facts presented are correct (I am not an attorney but have extensive experience with regulatory requirements, and I believe the PEDES are correct).

I had the China virus. Four days not so bad. Wore a mask, washed my hands, social distanced and everything the "experts" said to do. I have faced a broken back, a broken pelvis, bacterial double pneumonia, meningitis, a stroke, a heart attack and more. Nearly died at the age of 12 and 44. The Wuhan flu was a walk in the park by comparison.
