I'm in the same boat as you: right-handed, left eye dominant.
You can teach yourself to shoot non-dominant, or just shoot using your dominant, which I do with rifles and pistols.
I can print 2" groups at 7 yards with .40 S&W non-dominant. I have to re-focus for a sec, then I am tuned in non-dminant. It is a pain and takes some conscious effort, but is very doable with a pistol.
Rifle doesn't matter for me. I shoot right-handed and have a best .35 MOA with 147gr Hornady factory 6.5 CM Match ammo.
I've always shot right-handed with a rifle and have always been a good/better than avg shot this way.

I have a very, very hard time believing that that suit can protect whoever is inside from roughly 15,000 lb/ft of muzzle energy, and in particular, armor piercing rounds.

The shooter missed a headshot from roughly 10 feet. Who is to say he didn't hit the barrier/window framing and the bullet deflecting and then hitting the woman?

Bullets do weird shit after they reach their destination. Non-bonded JHPs copper jackets often separate early on, leaving the lead core to travel in one direction and the jacket fragmenting and going all over the place.
The bullet could have struck her jaw, yawed, then went up into her skull of down her throat, or any number of things.
There is no 100% certainty that a 9mm or .40 S&W (likely calibers used by Law Enforcement) will always exit after striking an individual in the throat, just as there is no 100% certainty of the opposite occurring, or that this was a false flag or real event.

Generally a pistol round's entrance wound is far less destructive than a rifle round, especially lightly constructed, very fast moving rifle rounds. But there are always exceptions to everything.
There was possibly some blood splatter that those on the scene could see, but was not easily detected/visible on camera.
Also, directly at the wound site you will see tissue swelling, which cuts off circulation, slowing external blood loss. Most (90+%-ish) of the blood loss is going to be internal.
The LEOs reactions are what I look to. There is a video of the LEO directly behind her, and just after she is shot, he raises his suppressed SBR and put sights on the shooter. If this were faked, why would he do that? He would now the shooter was no threat, so why sight him down? This is just one observation that is telling.
Also, there was a lot of panic, shouting, a confusion that took place immediately after she was shoot, and it ramped up as they realized she was in such bad shape.
