Voters from Montgomery PA sorted by age. Look at column H, they are born before 1909. Only a handful of people in all of USA are 112 or older per wikipedia

Left side is the Philadelphia county from the PA voter list that someone dropped earlier in here. H is birthday, I is likely original voter registration date, although I'm not positive of I.
Left side: Philadelphia voters and I scrolled down past the people born on 1/1/1900(likely errors in voter roll) and started w/ people with actual birthdays. Right side, oldest living people in the world.
Only 7 people 113+ in USA, while 31(or more) 113+ people voted in Philadelphia alone.
