I don’t think you’re right about CA “allowing sex with minors.”
It is still illegal to have sex with minors in CA, I.e. the illegality of statutory rape is unchanged as a result of SB 145. Sex with someone less than 18 y.o is still illegal (felony or misdemeanor depending on the age difference/acts/level violence, this is dictated by the California penal code which is completely unrelated to the SB 145). SB 145 give judges increased discretion on who must register as a sex offender (again, not whether they have a criminal charge brought against them). Currently, the law in CA already allows judges to do this for vaginal sex; if there is no more than 10 years between the ages of the individuals involved, the minor is 15 yrs or older and the sex was non-forcible/violent (i.e classical statutory rape). SB 145 expands judges discretion to include oral and anal sex acts w/ all of the additional caveats i.e. non-forcible/violent.
Judges can still review the facts and conclude the individual still needs to register as a sex offender despite meeting all the criteria.
Perhaps the law should take away the discretion from judges for vaginal sex. That’s a reasonable argument, worth exploring. But the law does not “legalize sex with minors.”
Personally I think the age window should be significantly reduced across the board, from 10 years to 3 years for example. SB 145 increases our reliance on the judges to make the right decision— I think there really isn’t a “decision to be made,” so to speak, when it’s a 23 year old having sex with a 15 year old. But again, I think that should apply to vaginal sex as well, which it didn’t even before SB 145.

Sounds like they say “hey we got a trumper right here” ... “right here?” Just before the gunshots
Awesome video. But I gotta say:
This video would be much more effective if it included the murderer's words before killing the Trump supporter in the last clip, because it clearly indicates that it was a politically motivated assassination.
Also would be good to include a few more examples, such as David Dorn.
How is their such little respect for law enforcement? Who tf just runs up and starts trying to punch a police officer?
There are too many people in this country who have no respect at all for police-- heck, people in general. No respect for life.
How did we get to this point?
Seriously this isn't even legal right? Between this and the mobs in DC tonight assaulting folks leaving the RNC, I'm starting to wonder how these people a) feel so justified in these evil, insane actions and b) actually get away with it. Where is their conscience? Where is the police?
This is like the fourth time today that this place has made me cry with laughter. Hahahahaha
