I am a lawyer and I agree with this. I thought the equal protection argument was outstanding. But this local Detroit case here was garbage. A waste of time.
I am a trial lawyer with over 40 jury trials under my belt. I argue motions all the time. First off, there is NO WAY a Detroit judge, who doesn't want to get his ass handed to him in his next re-election, does Trump any favors. So you would need something bullet proof here. This was not enough.
This hearing did not go well. Our guy should not have put forward any facts that can be easily explainable, such as the date of birth thing. The Democrat made a good point - "do you think we would be that stupid?" Dude was out lawyered and in the wrong venue.
These lawyers on our side need to show the math. Turnout disparities between elections/counties. Dr. Shiva's graphs, combined with dominion manuals, and dominion ownership records. You then sprinkle in the anecdotal reports of blocking poll watchers and strange internet connections. But the first and hardest hit should be the glaring statistical impossibilities. You then call for an audit. Call Baris and Shiva as experts and pick the right venue. Don't even bother in Detroit. Waste of time and the losses that pile up will add momentum and persuasive precident.
I am always skeptical of stuff like this but My Mormon mom went on ancestry and verified the first ten. She has the tools to see birth dates, places of death, death dates, etc. They all died in Michigan. Holy fuck this should be enough.
Won't matter. When MI, WI, AZ, NC, and FL all get called early for Trump, they will stop "counting" in PA.

Republicans always show up on voting day, while democrats vote early. Dems need a huge lead going in to combat the red onslaught. But the early tallies don't really say much. You all need to watch People's Pundit Daily on youtube.
