That's not accurate, Gaige has no felony CONVICTIONS. He was arrested on a felony charge but there is no conviction data.

Ahhh that second part makes sense, totally obvious now that you spelled it out.

Thanks!

Gaige isn't a felon though, otherwise spot on.

If it's a federal case you can, that's why I don't understand. That's what I don't understand, why we bothered in state court in the first place.

I'm asking a question, what is incorrect about that?

I don't understand why it just didn't go to federal court in the first place then.

Federal Supreme Court cannot override a state Supreme Court correct?

Because one does state laws and one does federal laws?

Edit.. I am asking because I don't know, not stating anything.

I don't think state courts can go to the federal Supreme Court.

Edit.. It CAN go from a state Supreme Court to federal Supreme Court of certain rules are met. It looks like this meets those rules.

The same reason that you posted a video of someone talking about him.

It's all the shit that's in court and court isn't over yet.

Not trying to be a dick here but did you think something was going to be happening outside of some sort of legal proceedings?
