Knoxville and Chattanooga are both great options. I’m from the Nashville area and love visiting both those cities. My wife and I would actually prefer an evening out in downtown Chattanooga vs downtown Nashville
The area this is located was mainly some restaurants (Melting Pot, Spaghetti Factory) and bars. Granted, 2nd Ave is the most popular street downtown except for Broadway so possibly symbolic?
But either way, 6:30am on Christmas wouldn’t have anybody in those so not sure the purpose, if intentional.
Knoxville and East TN in general are nice. Have everything you’d need for stores and food plus beautiful scenery.
I live in a county that touches Davidson County (Nashville) and pretty much every county in mid TN except Davidson are very conservative and friendly. Can’t go wrong
