I don’t think that’s what happened at all. Looks like the driver pulled the flag and the pede fell forward. I think the driver was actually trying to steal the flag but his grip and 109 horsepower didn’t stand a chance against the pede.
Edit: it is REALLY difficult to tell what happened. I’ve watched it prolly 50 times. I hope the pede did not spit on the driver.
