I was speaking to the woman that runs my local dry cleaner business. She said she can't get anyone to come back to work because they are making more money on unemployment than they were working for her. She said she's about to go out of business because she has to keep turning away customers since she doesn't have enough employees to do the work. When the unemployment runs out for the workers, they won't have a job to go back to.

This is long overdue. I've seen some of the most incompetent people ascend to high positions simply because they couldn't be fired. Whenever you got a screw-up in your office, the only way to get rid of them was to promote them to another office. Then they were their problem.
