He is stupid; not as dumb as they come, but not very smart. He had to plagiarize speeches—that’s what a stupid person has to resort to. HOWEVER, the people and entities that own Joe are not stupid. Not all of his handlers are stupid. Dubya paints cats and replicas of the first photos of world leaders that show up in image searches—probably some authenticity to his stupidity. The reason incompetent losers like Bush, Biden, and Obama can operate as presidents is because they are just puppets that read teleprompters. Ron Burgundy could provide comparable leadership. Biden gets away with corruption because the effect of his corruption is negligible to the interests that own him, not because he has a genius method; his method (Hunter is my bag man) is about as disastrously dumb as you could possibly get.
