I don’t buy that AT&T got a contract to audit the dominion machines. You need IT experts to do that, not the phone company. Plus, no one seems to want to allow inspections of the machines to occur.

It’s an oxidizing agent of course but has no chlorine. Try mixing ammonia with bleach and you’ll see the difference between chlorine and peroxide. (Don’t do that - it forms a very nasty gas)
