First off, I am going to point out that you completely ran away from the whole "the argument doesn't matter" bullshit. Apparently even you realized how stupid it was for you to say it so you just pretended that you didn't say it. I'll go ahead and use this time to point out exactly what you did. I like to point these things out when people tell me that I'm dumb because it just shows how pathetic they are. Oh, and don't forget how I had to tell you about workers rights laws in different states because you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to that.

Secondly, the entire premise of your argument is flawed because you are myopically and ignorantly only focusing on the hat. Literally, people keep pointing out that it's not looking at just a hat but because you are a fucking moron, literally a moron, you keep ignoring all of the arguments. Why do you keep running away from these arguments? You have no basis for your arguments. You are just acting like a child who got told no.

The best thing you can do is shut the fuck up about things you clearly don't understand. When you are the dumbest person in the room, everyone knows it except you and I'm making it as clear as possible so that even you can realize it, you are the dumbest person in the room right now. If you want to realize why, go back through your responses to every single post and see that you failed to address ANY of the arguments being made. You just make up some stupid ignorant garbage in your head and then respond to that rather than the statements that were made.

Uhh, yes, the argument does matter. Literally, everything you are saying is wrong from every legal standpoint. I realize that you have committed yourself to your arguments here, but I wasn't joking when I said I was laughing at your previous comments. Now it's just sad and you are getting even more pathetic with your comments.

Let's start out with the basics here since you clearly have not done any research on the matter, religion is only ONE of the protected classes when it comes to employment and not only that, but these protected classes different by state. You don't understand that so you ignore it, but I'll bring it up because I'm smarter than you are.

For example, California, Connecticut, South Carolina, and Louisiana all have protections for political beliefs. If you can show that the reason for the firing was because of political beliefs in these states, you can win the lawsuit against your former employer. Numerous other states have lesser provisions in what is covered based on politics although those 4 are the ones with the most comprehensive.

This is just scratching the surface of the different ways that the ARGUMENT matters. If you were smart you would realize this, but you aren't and you talked yourself into holding a bad position and you are too pathetic to walk back on it.

So, go ahead and stomp your feet and hold your breath. Give me some shitty crying reply because you just got treated like a dog who just shit in the house.

If your health is my responsibility then I'm going to make it illegal for you to eat any unhealthy food. If you eat candy? I'm reporting you to the police and you will go to jail. That double cheeseburger? You just doubled your sentence.

This is what it means to have other people be responsible for your health and you won't like it. I will go out of my way to report you for every single bite you take of that ice cream.

Here's a salad you fat fuck, eat up. No dressing either because that's bad for you. Don't like it? It doesn't matter, you absolved your choices and your responsibilities when you make your health someone else's responsibility.

Well, I'm laughing at YOU right now because for some reason you think the ONLY argument that would be made would be about the hat. That's like saying that someone got fired for wearing a kippah and not because he was Jewish.

He's going to get absolutely nothing out of a lawsuit against the company. It's a waste of time and money even if he wins.

You want this shit to stop, then you blast this shit all over social media. We're LOSING because people presume that the legal system will help them. It won't. The democrats have realized this. Don't bother with a legal system. Instead, use the social justice system because that's VASTLY more damaging.

He didn't actually perform poorly. He ran under a different party, won the nomination but then backed out coincidentally because the party was gaining too much support from racists.

It's honestly sad the fanfic that these people live in with Wakanda. Of course they'd rather believe that the country of their people's origin was some super advanced hidden society because the alternative is reality where it's largely dictatorships, warlords and slavery.

Literally Money. Money. Everything is about Money. They don't care about anyone in Syria. All they want is to force them into building their fucking pipeline so they can make money off of it.

Obama was willing to overthrow a foreign government and install a new one just to get them to approve the pipeline. Biden is now doing the same thing.

Try to immigrate to Canada. Holy shit, it would be the same for him.

This can actually be a legal argument in court. If you can prove that others have said the same thing about your company and you haven't taken action on it, then the entire case can get thrown out.

It's actually worse than that......................

Government taxes the people. Tax money used to pay research teams on global warming. Research teams rubber stamp documents to justify any actions taken. Government imposes regulations. Regulations cause companies to incur higher costs. Companies push costs to clients.

Congrats, you have been taxed and those taxes were used to increase the costs of the goods you are purchasing.

It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't call it great either. There were a few songs that were good (Lin Manuel Miranda is a very good song writer although I thought he was weak as a stage actor.) Some of the set designs were really neat. There were just too many times where people were singing underwhelming songs and prancing around without it feeling like it meant anything to the character or to the story.

I think the most frustrating thing to me here is that people will watch Hamilton and think that they learned something about history. It's a common problem that just because information is being presented to them, that they are being educated on the topic. You can't simplify the entirety of Hamilton's life down to a 2 hour stage play and expect all of the important details to come through.

But here we are with people getting their first bit of knowledge about Hamilton, not from an educational source, but from a stage play. This is the failure in education.

I have no clue how this doesn't violate the same exact rules that protect these people?

Listen, I know that this guy killed a person but since the guy is already dead we won't review it because it won't change that he's dead.

If people have no repercussions for their actions, then you know exactly what will happen.

Do you think they care? They don't care if you expose every aspect of what they did. Not only do they not care, but the people voting for them don't care. They are complete morons who vote based on the letter next to a persons name because they were bullied into it.

When you control the media, you control the narrative. Republicans have failed at every step in controlling the media. Trump knew how to do it which is what enabled him to win in 2016 but then they stepped up their game and Trump couldn't do it alone.

No, they are federally funded but independent. It's a rather odd setup. They can have profits and did for a very very long time until they couldn't compete with the other services.

Chicago boarded up as well.

During the floyd riots, my friends were locked up in their buildings because of them. The lobbies of their buildings were destroyed. They said "it feels like I'm in a prison here" because they can't leave their house.

The boxes literally do nothing. I don't mean that in a general sense. I mean that is the most scientific and accurate way possible. Physical barriers like this only impact a person sneezing or coughing directly onto another person. The problem here is that virus transmission doesn't happen specifically by sneezing or coughing when you are in an enclosed space without significant ventilation systems.

To make it even more clear, someone sneezes or coughs in that room, it will spread the virus regardless of these physical barriers. It's literally doing nothing. That's before we even start talking about the IFR of the virus and how the flu is more deadly to these kids than Covid.

This is 100% political theater. It's 100% about perceptions rather than reality. You will not find a rational scientist that would be able to justify the usage of these as meaningful.

Because I'm not blaming the schools for indoctrinating my kids. I'm being a fucking parent and teaching them right from wrong. I am not going to make up excuses if my kids go bonkers liberal because it means that I failed them.

Schools aren't corrupting these kids on their own. It comes from apathy by the parents.
