Yes.

Remove democrats from this equation and you start realizing how their lies and their fake outrage is perpetuated by the media. These people don't have a voice if they aren't in power. Voting is a representation of the people and when that representation turns around and says "Fuck you democrats and fuck your media accomplices", then the media will change it's tune.

If you don't think it matters, then rewind back to 2009 where we had an outbreak far far worse than this and what happened?

It's called voting. That's what we do.

If you can't redpill people right now with what's happening, then you aren't trying hard enough. There is so much information out there that is being hidden and misrepresented to maintain the narrative that simply highlighting it is going to kick a lot of people in the teeth.

Every source you provide makes the crazy people look crazier and crazier and what happens next? The crazy people are still crazy but the normal people start recognizing that crazy person AS crazy and they distance themselves from that person.

The hair has to match the body and the head. If you have a fat round body and a fat round head, then you need your hair to match that shape.

Conversely, if you are tall and in decent shape (e.g. not round), having long straight hair is more appealing.

In other words, they're fat and it's the hairstyle for fat people to make their faces look less like the fat faces they have.

I can see you don't want to discuss this a rationale manner.

I tried to discuss this in a rational manner but you treated my first response like a joke. You ended up editing your second comment after I had already replied to you.

I was hoping to learn something from you but it's clear that you are only virtue signaling and regurgitating what you hear about freedoms and the Constitution.

Don't piss on my leg and call it rain. Sorry, but you are full of shit here and not arguing in good faith.

Good luck and do whatever you want. Break quarantine and encourage civil unrest. Just don't infect other people or expect medical treatment. True freedom comes with responsibility and consequences.

Thanks for proving that you are the piece of shit here. Can you point to anywhere that I suggested to break quarantine or encourage civil unrest? No, I didn't but for some reason you felt like you could state that? In the same post you berate me for saying that I'm not wanting to discuss in a rational manner, you literally lie about my comments.

I answered your question. You treated my first answer like a joke. When I wouldn't bark because you told me to bark, you got upset and now you are lying about me. At no point in this have you EVER been arguing in good faith, so make sure you realize that.

Sorry, I'm not your dance monkey. If you want to have a discussion like an adult, then start acting like you want to have a discussion.

Why are you asking me that specific question when I already answered an extremely similar question before it? It feels like you are trying to bait me into a response like a piece of shit liberal.

whatever it takes to fix it is

Full stop. No. Please read the bill of rights because clearly you need a refresher. These were not written with any form of asterisk saying "Unless there's a pandemic."

The answer to a fucked up problem is not to fuck it up worse. The answer to a fucked up problem is stop fucking lying to people and to focus on the facts. He's already screwed that up throughout this whole ordeal, so maybe he should stop panicking and start listening to the experts.

Right now, he admitted to having unused ventilators so this entire article is a giant fucking lie. If people start justifying his actions like you are unironically doing, then these people will never be held accountable for their actions which have already caused people to die and are continuing to cause more people to die.

Sessions was brought on as AG because of his stance on immigration. That's what Trump was banking on. He got what he wanted in that matter but Sessions shit all over the bed on everything else.

This whole ordeal is going to change the way we do evaluations. In some cases, this is for the better. In other cases, it's going to cause some drawbacks.

If you get sick, you will now be able to immediately contact a doctor and get a basic diagnosis over the phone or through a video call. In some cases, a prescription can be generated directly from that phone call and sent to your pharmacy. In other cases, you can be directed to a clinic where a set of tests will be performed based on your doctor's recommendations. Those test results will then be sent to you and your doctor who will then take further actions.

There are some huge benefits to all of this and I really think that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks in general but there's a huge concern that I have about the phone/video diagnosis where it will cause doctor's to miss things and that's obviously not good.

Right now, I will take some over the counter medicine and deal with a cold/flu because the thought of going to a clinic, waiting and then seeing a doctor is not something I want to do. With this, I can be at home, call up a doctor and be able to go through my local drive through CVS for my drugs.

“The good news is that we have plenty of ventilators right now, plenty of space,” he said.

“We have 42 pods that we can take care of patients in,” he said. “If we have a big influx or surge, we can do a rapid assessment, figure out who needs higher level of care and put them in the Emergency Department or treat them all out here.”

“We are so well prepared. Our staff is tremendously courageous. They show up, put on their gear and they are good at what they do, and we have been blessed with tremendous resources and support.”

Didn't you realize, that working a minimum wage job where I just stand around complaining about how hard it is EXACTLY THE SAME as working in a sweat shop.

Jeez, it's like you don't even know what people working minimum wage jobs in the US have to deal with!

If we learn from Italy (coincidentally leftist talking point), then we can look at their results from this which is that they are administering these drugs to anyone coming in showing symptoms regardless of a positive or negative test of COVID. They found that if the drugs were administered earlier in the lifecycle of the virus, they could almost completely prevent the respiratory issues which is the biggest driving factor for death and for the resources being used.

I would not want to be the sound engineer for that video. Trying to normalize all the different audio streams happening and dealing with low quality microphones, reverb, and other issues that come up when you can't control the sound flow.

That guy should get just as much of the credit for this video as the people performing.

Except we do have successful treatments which are working in place of a cure. We also know that China took a treatment from Japan that was showing success and has been mass producing it.

This was posted on r/dataisbeautiful. It breaks down where all of the money goes in the most recent CARES Act.

It's also the first reply in a post on r/pics when someone posted a garbage meme saying that the Act was only bailing out large corporations.

This visualization is a great representation of the CARES act isn't just throwing money to large corporations. It's also important to realize that the money going out is in the form of low/no interest loans so it will have an expectation of being paid back.

No offense, but that story sounds like complete bullshit.

The way that the testing is being done in a vast majority of the country is where people are initially diagnosed over the phone like your wife was and then the doctors give people a code which they take to a testing facility. The code is presented and the test is administered.

Secondly, doctors are not suggesting that patients they think have COVID-19 to go to an open clinic. That's going to ensure that the virus is transmitted and call me crazy, but doctors don't really want that to happen.

This isn't where we need to bash Biden on his travel restriction comments.

Where we bash him is when he was calling the China travel ban racist and xenophobic.

What are we supposed to be telling Italy exactly?

It's like a fucking dog whistle right now when anything gets brought up, people are trained like a dog to start barking Italy and at no fucking point in time do they even comprehend what they are saying.

God forbid any one of these dogs barking give a shit that Italy isn't even remotely close to representing anywhere else or even a normal situation. The age of the population with an average age of death of EIGHTY YEARS OLD. The fact that those people who are dying are on average dealing with at least two other major health problems. The stupid mistakes of the government in trying to impose a lockdown in one area of the country which caused people in the highly infected zones to flee throughout the country.

So, what should we tell Italy? You're old and should have taken more precautions? Don't cause your population to panic and cause the virus to spread even worse?

I would love to know who told you that we should be afraid of Italy happening here and why that source probably starts with facebook.com.

They'd also be "feeling" worse, as in, based on Obama's response to H1N1, he would have waited until over 8 million people were infected before issuing a national emergency.

ImportantPerson -1 points ago +1 / -2

The lockdown isn't the only thing that China is doing. They are mass producing an anti-viral which has been shown to successfully reduce the treatment time of the major symptoms of Covid-19 by 91%. It's not a vaccine but by reducing the primary ways that it's transmitted and by treating it so it goes away faster, they can absolutely reduce their infection rate.

ImportantPerson 3 points ago +3 / -0

If this is meant to cause enough deaths to skew population demographics, it's really not hitting the mark.

The only real conspiracy that it could be is that this is a test run for the ability of governments to enact their authoritarian rules and laws.

Can we stop pretending that Italy is even a good metric to gauge anything at this point? The most basic problem with Italy was that the area that was hit had the highest concentration of people who are going to be most effected by the virus. This is going to cause the number of reported infections to be significantly higher because more of the infections are going to require hospitalization. This is going to cause higher death counts because the mortality rate among those in this region is vastly higher.
