flipping between some AM talk radio on a drive one day and one of the sportsball channels was lamenting how there is only 26% minority head coaches for college basketball. My immediate thought was how BS such nonsense is when the players are vastly over-representing minorities. If there are too many white coaches, then there are clearly too many black players; so the only fair thing to do would be to match the players to the population along with the coaches. But they're too stupid to realize their own racism.
