In the last few years, I have come to think the same way as you about Dems vs Republicans regarding craving power. It's a Law-of-One thing. Are you leaning towards service to self or service to others? This is another way of stating the golden rule. So if you do onto others as you would have them do onto you, you are service to others based - and you go into politics to help other people, not because you crave power. The flip side, you crave power, so you serve yourself by jumping into politics (the Dems). This is a generalized way of looking at the two parties, so there will always be exceptions. For the GOP, we call the exceptions RINOs.

I don't think these cheaters realize what could happen to them. We could get things turned around in court and the guilty get processed by our justice system - OR - things don't get turned around and we have a Civil War. The modern day equivalent of a sword is a firearm. I am currently in the process of obtaining a fire arms permit that includes right to carry concealed (I live in a highly regulated state).
