It seems that the EPA doesn't agree with you. The EPA has set the MCL* for Hg at 0.002mg/l, which is basically 2 ppt (parts per trillion). That's a very tiny amount, but it isn't zero. (and this is for drinking, not for injection)
The EPA admits - it does not know whether or not consuming Hg at this level over a lifetime will or will not cause cancer. I mostly drink home distilled water that has never been in contact with plastic. It contains zero Hg. I add 1/2 tsp sodium bicarbonate/gal to raise up the pH to about 6.5-7.0 It will decalcify your pineal gland.

This is all conjecture, but let's say your right. So the network gets mapped, domestic IP addresses get matched with voting systems, and the other end is a foreign IP address. You also have these log files. But, if you also have physical possession of the server that was using that foreign IP address (Scytl/Frankfurt), you probably have additional info about what was going on by examining the server and matching up times. What happened exactly at this time on the server - matches what the kraken log file says happened at the same time. Kinda like reinforcing/collaborating witnesses.
