But their website says that unapproved proposals are watermarked as just that to show a pending status and when they are approved that watermark is removed as the update. The actual physical signature isn't uploaded, I imagine for security reasons. I could be wrong but here is their own documentation on their procedures. Read the very last statement.

Anything happening before Dec 14th is extremely good. If judges come out and say, hey there is something seriously wrong here, the state legislators would be inclined to send the decision to the House.

From what I gather, Trump is currently putting all the pieces in the right position right now before going public with all the supposed evidence they have.This might explain all the shit show lawsuits we are seeing (Smokescreens). Because when the evidence hits, all shit will hit the fan and antifa/BLM will launch a revolution. For that, the military needs to be in place.
