This should be interesting, I work for an IT Indian firm as a project manager. A lot of the offshore folks are going to be pretty disappointed, many work long hours for little pay with the hopes of learning enough about the US to come here. These are hard-working people, very spiritual and most want to do the jobs that none of us want. I.E. coding.
Though I applaud and support the cause, honestly I am personally invested here so I think that I have a bit of a broader view.
