Tbh, the “it’s rigged, don’t vote” sounds pretty shill to me. If you were a democrat trying to get in here and do the most damage, your best bet would be to convince everyone that voting doesn’t matter. Yes they stole the election, yea the probably tried to steal 2016 and just didn’t plan on how many votes Trump would get. But the plan has been uncovered now, there are plenty of democrats who know something happened, they just don’t want to believe it. If we don’t vote, those fixed vote totals start to look right, because it won’t be necessary to cheat. We need to go out in force and force them to cheat until they get caught. This wasn’t over on Election Day, it’s not over now. It won’t be over until ever Commie has been fed to the polar bears.

They aren’t, people here just have no idea of how the courts work or the underlying judicial philosophies that are putting us at a disadvantage in this situation. Judges that skew liberal like to use their judicial power to say what the law was supposed to mean, not just strictly interpret what it says from the words on the page. They like to exercise judicial power to “legislate from the bench.” Judges on the right tend to be textualists, read the plain meaning of the words, if the words seem nonsensical, then it probably means Congress did a bad job, unless it’s unconstitutional, complain to them about It. The issue is, these judges don’t like getting in the middle of current/political events unless there is a major constitutional issue that is glaringly apparent. They certainly don’t want to be part of an election. So naturally, because we are trying to get the election looked at, the purposivists aren’t going to help Bc they hate Trump and get to wield their power against him, and most textualists, while they privately are mostly disgusted by what they see, don’t feel they have the judicial mandate to do anything about it.

Disclaimer: I am not a judge or an attorney, I am but a simple second year law student with an uncle for a judge. He knows several Supreme Court justices in our state who privately admit that they think the election was rigged but didn’t want to be the deciders of the election (even though they were, in a fashion) and felt that the evidence produced wasn’t sufficient enough (but as my uncle pointed out, limited discovery could have been ordered to allow more investigation.)

So dumb that they cancel an executive order that made insulin cheaper for poor people. That’s the most Dem Policy Position you could take, but because Orange Man did it, it must be baaaaad. Their only idea was to steal the election they literally have no platform other than Orange Man Bad.

Another difference is, what will you do about it? Will you spend 4 years destroying the country out of frustration, or four years trying to improve the country they’ll be destroying? Here’s my take, President Trump deployed the Guard to dissuade actual Trump Supporters from showing up. Of course the Siri’s funded Antifa-MAGA people will be there LARPing as angry Trump fans, but he’s looking out for our lives now. The fake patriots will get catch and released, but real supporters will be bagged and tagged. This is his signal to us to stay away. To be honest, college pulled me away from being a Republican Party sycophant. A liberal friend pushed me on a lot of issues during W’s Presidency, and while I didn’t fall for his socialist bullshit, I realized that the side that claimed to represent me was selling out to China and there was no real nationalist party. I’m an American Nationalist, I don’t hate other countries, and I don’t hate anyone who I don’t know, but I love the USA the best. It dawned on me in college that there were too many in the Republican Party who didn’t get that, and by that time (2007-8) there were few left who identified as Democrats who even liked their country, let alone loved it.

Exactly, don’t cast a net that drags good people down. There aren’t good Socialists. There are evil socialists and stupid ignorant socialists. Good people educate themselves.
