States have become the battlefield, all next week gives the state legislatures in the 7 states that sent dueling electors to recall and replace their electors. *66 every GOP member in legislature and ensure they know where the people stand.

Activism wouldn’t be the smart approach, the better option is through legislation. There’s more than one way to amend the constitution, and one of those ways is through the states.

Am I stupid to think to ask them for the case number? If a public office is “under litigation” then the case would be public. Asking simple things like the case number, the presiding judge, counsel for both plaintiff/petitioner and defendant/respondent should have simple answers. If they don’t have them then simply record them saying that and bring it to the attention of the GOP chairs.
