Uprising = military killing everyone Constitution of states = the federal government won’t ever allow it

The Instant people try to physically rebel in a major way, the military would come in and either gas people or shoot them on the spot.

By major I mean armed revolt.

States also can’t legally Secede either… The Supreme Court has ruled that illegal… So if any state tried to do that, the federal government would just bring in the military, and put the entire state under martial law.

IMO, we have to get start locally and get people to vote out dems and rinos in the federal government. Once that’s done, then we can paw laws restricting the dems and dealing with this crap.

Yes, but this isn’t something like not playing by the rules in a vote and stealing an election. There’s no way to “not play by the rules, to remove a president from the office. They control both houses, and they still couldn’t get rid of Donald Trump.

The only way to accomplish this would be to have Republicans control both houses, and that’s going to be extremely difficult.

The best way is to prove the fraud and get people jailed so they can’t do it again in 2022 and 2024.

There’s no path to do that. The constitution does not provide us any way to overturn or reverse an election. The only way to get a president out is through impeachment, and there’s no way Democrats are going to let that happen.

If there had been a real armed rebellion, the military would’ve been brought in and shot everybody dead. Unless the military rebelled, an armed rebellion isn’t going to do any good.

Even if it was proven tampered with, it can’t be reversed. We have no constitutional method to reverse or redo a presidential election. Biden would have to be impeached, and there’s no way the Democrats are going to let that happen.

Most Democrats probably secretly think “great if someone fix the election it got rid of Donald Trump for us… We don’t care how he lost.”

My mother has said, “I don’t think there’s election fraud, but if there was, I would applaud the people who did it because Trump needed to be removed no matter what.”

They can’t ban them. It’d violate the second amendment. However, they could regulate what types of guns you can’t/can own.

My brother never registered , and they put him in jail. Connecticut. Class D felony. 1 year in jail.

He couldn’t have. That was his problem. He has no authority to do it. The constitution is quite clear in his role. As much as I wished he would have, it would not have worked. Had he done that, the Supreme Court would have overruled him.

That’s because those states have the most populations and get the most weight in presidential elections . The only place that the constitution gives equal weight between all of the states is in the Senate… Each state gets an equal 2 person representation. We can only blame the framers of our country for this.

There’s no real way to change that because it’s hardcoded into our constitution… And amending that document is a pain in the ass.

It’s that way because the constitution says it’s that way.

“Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.”

Other than the above, the federal government cannot do anything else during the presidential election

An EO wouldn’t have worked. Any state would laugh off an EO interfering with their rights in presidential elections. This is hard coded into the Constitution.

“Congress may determine the Time of choosing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United State”

That’s it. The federal government has no authority behind that.

It would be a bloodbath if any state tried to pull out. As much as I’d like to see that :

  1. Scotus ruled it against the law
  2. The federal government would just send in the military to stop it

It wouldn’t be some easy thing done by a vote… It would be an utter bloodbath.

Stupid.

  1. They are illegal
  2. They are alien to the country.

Illegal alien is quite accurate.

I’m not sure if you can pull out of the union. I know scotus ruled it illegal to do so. The federal government would just send in the military. It would be a bloodbath. As much as I’d love to see this happen, I do not think it is realistic.
