So a yes vote is to keep the state from discriminating against people. And a no vote would allow the state to discriminate.

Am I interpreting that correctly? The wording seems confusing. My brain is fried from nonstop studying so I apologize if I'm overthinking this.

Edit: I'm 100% wrong. A yes vote would repeal the existing law. Thank you all!
