Complete opposite for me. She asked for my ID as soon as I walked in then looked at it, looked at me then asked for my last name, asked me what my address was. Then she asked me to flip my ID over on the little plate she first had me set it down so she could scan it and had me sign on the touch screen computer with a stylus. She printed out my ballot which I went to the machine to feed in, cast my vote then it spit it back out which you verify the printed names you voted for and I took it to another machine that counts it and you see it talley up and you're done
I'm also going to suggest not using dot win and stick with .win because I know there's some boomers out there that would be confused by that
