well i did see a video of a contrail coming from the sky right at the second the explosion occured. It's on here somewhere

The explosion coming from across the street looks like a blast coming up from a man hole cover. I checked google street view and there is 2 large manhole overs right where that explosion appears to be coming from. Which is more reason for me to think the explosion was underground , what you see is the blast venting up from the man hole cover

if it was laser guided to enter thru a sidewalk elevator shaft then the the explosion would have happened underground. The RV did minimal damage to the ATT building , the shockwave bounced off the walls and destroyed the store fronts across the street. The real damage is underground. that's what I theorize at this point anyway

I think the RV was put there by a patsy who may have been involved in the gun fight. Its purpose was to issue the warning and to cover it up . In one video you see a contrail coming from the sky . Implies a high velocity object inbound and surgical strike underground through one of those shafts in the sidewalk. Then RV detonated but timing was not exact milliseconds off. The elevator piston from the underground service elevator can be seen on the street. How does something that big and heavy end up on the street ABOVE from a downwards explosion? It cant. the object coming from the sky went thru the shafts underground blew up and ejected the elevator piston on to the street.

some photos of the aftermath show an underground elevator piston on the street. the underground elevator shaft that services the buildings below . I think whatever we see in that video coming from the sky , penetrated the elevator shaft blew up whatever the undergeround target was and then the RV was set off to cover it all up as a patsy and to issue the warning.

You ask most cops and they will tell you they are personally against many of the arbitrary laws they are forced to enforce. That is why many of them practice personal discretion in regards to them. I have uncles that are cops and they often turn their heads the other way and pretend they didn't see something they don't feel should be enforced. Give em a break they have a dangerous job and part of it is being told to do something they disagree with. Its not their fault the legislatures make these laws.

When Q first came out several years ago , I read a post allegedly written by Q but how can you really know . But anyway this Q said something like "why is Russia communist?" I then realized that whoever this Q was is an uninformed moron because Russia has not been a communist country since the fall of the Soviet Union and the newly formed constitution of the Russian Federation . Yes Russia has a centralized economy and vital sectors such as health care and energy are state controlled however they are not communist. I would say they are socialist in some key sectors but overall they are far less socialist than most western European countries especially Scandinavian countries.
