Goto Brave's website (brave.com). Download browser, install it. It will walk you through the rest as when you open it the first time. Not sure about dissenter, but I imagine it is similar. Brave is built on chromium, it can run chrome extensions. I have been using it for a bit and it's pretty simple to use.
