This cannot be stated with enough emphasis. People were doing things that have Obama what he wanted that went against conventional thought, ie Roberts's on Obamacare or Ryan on every budget. Assign a special prosecutor. If Biden wins but fires him then you could investigate him for obstruction and impeach him. If Biden doesn't fire the prosecutor then they will prosecute a sitting president and convict him. Then impeach him. Crazy times.
