Coast guard is the best option I agree. If he can get into the rescue swimmer pipeline it would be the best. But you gotta be in fuckin great shape and not fuckin quit.
As someone who has been there done that, don’t. The military has become a politically correct organization and you’re gonna hate it. If you have to go, I’d suggest either the coast guard and doing something like rescue swimming (mind you it is no small task) or doing the same thing in the navy. Air Force can be fun but the only high speed things are things like CCT or PJ. And do NOT go into those pipelines without maturity and unreal fitness. Stay away from the army, buddies who were in it say it’s poorly run, not enough money and just overall sucks. The marines will have lots of people likeminded to you, but any major conflict and you’ll be going. And fuck dying for Kamala or Biden.

Glad you’re okay. I am not a lawyer, so this should not taken to be hard fast legal advice, but I do want to voice to you some common sense practices when speaking to the cops in the future: do not speak to them (there is no situation that requires this except in a state deposition that’s by subpoena to my knowledge), do not consent to searches (make them go get a warrant), get an attorney as quickly as possible if you require one, etc. Hopefully nothing else happens going forward but just be aware. Again, I should say this for legal purposes I am not a lawyer. But these are common sense things for everyone to know if they get into a situation.
