Having been working in the industry for the last year, I definitely understand how corrupt it is. $250,000 just to apply for entry into the lottery to get a license to sell. The recreational weed law that passed in AZ is a joke, especially when it comes to edibles. Cannabis laws seem to be written by people who have never consumed weed in their entire lives.
Don't be fooled, he just wants to get re-elected. Honestly I think the vast majority of our state is based, and a huge amount of fraud was the only way to make Arizona turn blue.
