In my part of the country, there are massive chicken house operations like you wouldn't believe. Millions and millions of chickens. It's common knowledge that most of the chickens end up in China. At this point, the Chinese own a lot of the land and grow ops, too. A recent real estate boom in raw land of the specific proportions and locations sought out by Chinese investors for chicken farms saw prices for those lots triple overnight. Just down the road from me, a 120 acre lot that should be worth around 250K is on the market for 750K because that's the going rate for the large flat lots that the Chinese chicken investors need.
I think, upon declaration of war or just prior, Trump should seize all the US property of anyone associated with the CCP (I think the CCP may only allow party members to invest outside the country anyway). Auction it off to actual Americans. The CCP will almost certainly respond by seizing all US assets in China. I think this is a good thing for us, as it punishes all the corporations that sent our jobs there and forces them to set up shop elsewhere. Hopefully they'll be burned badly enough they bring the jobs back home permanently.
