You guys are taking the wrong approach when you criticize that the models were wrong. The models showed a predicted path of the virus spread if no action was taken. Action was taken and we avoided the high estimated amount of dead and infected that the model was predicted. This is proof that the President effectively led our country through this crisis. If the models were correct, then all this self quarantine / shut the country down malarky would have been for nothing.
Well, there's a lot of upfront capital and time required to begin making masks with traditional molding. 3-D printers just need a program and material.
If we are still holed up in our houses in November, there won't be an election because society would have crumbled by then. We can not quarantine ourselves all summer long.
