Depends on the pawn shop. Some small local ones are run by really solid pedes. My local one for example is run by based patriots.
There was definitely more unprepared people up front. I did see a decent amount in gear. NOT enough goggles or medical kits. Everyone should have a medical kit for the upcoming years. Even if you don't know how to use it.
