The moment they refuse to take your money even if you can offer exact change the jig will be up. And at that point you should walk out and not offer your card for the goods. Fight against this. They want to control your money, and they can lock you out of your money by you being "undesirable". This is the NGO financials way of destroying U.S. citizens because "its not government oppression".

Before you rip me let me preface by saying that we cannot just build Abrams style people's tanks. We need an "everyman tank" something that has extremely high efficiency. I've read the T-55 and it sounds pretty good. If the per unit cost were reduced to some managable value, maybe we could all own one the same way we should all own an AR-15. of course we'd need some way to build a non-functioning "80%" cannon which can be completed easily by the end user in a "in case of emergency break glass" scenario.
Trying to buy massively armored expensive tanks is not the proper end goal of civilians, unfortunately. High cost and high maintenance values would prevent such a thing. But electronic warfare is what keeps tanks alive now. And its much cheaper than properly made conventional armor.
Imagine 100 million owners of T-55s. I dont care how many reaper drones you have.

The BLMer called Ilhan Omar, which has ties to the antisemitic Louis farrakhan and mocked and made light of 9/11, called for "the end of the U.S. institution", after her family was attacked by marxists and driven out of her home country. She wants to instantiate marxism in the U.S. now. its not so bad if you're the one at the top after all. And then of course the actual founders of "black lives matter", the two black women, are both, in their own words, explicitly and recorded for all to see "trained marxists".
What do antifa/blm have that you don't?
They have grit.
They have resolve.
But most of all, they have an unshakable belief and an unwillingness to compromise.

The theory would have to suggest the 6 year old has the right to do it even against the wishes of the parents. Something about it being their body and their choice. So why would we not see a similar argument made in the future once 6 year old hormone therapy becomes mainstreamed?
