Makes sense. After all, lightning is known to strike mostly around roadways. It's not like it typically targets whatever's tallest in a given area, or something. Yep, hugs right along the road. Everyone's seen that.
I justified it by telling myself I wouldn't watch the content he was responsible for, and if Netflix saw enough people avoiding it, it might influence their decisions going forward. Yes, that was naive. I was still under the impression that what major corporations in America care about is the bottom line.
Then, Disney closed down production on all their films, and shut down the parks, for a fake crisis they were strongly instrumental in pushing. I've been voting Republican practically from the womb, but that was a whole new kinda red pill.
Still, I didn't cancel Netflix, because I told myself that they produce a few shows I like, and I didn't really think a boycott was going to make an impression on them. Obama supporters would get their shows, and I'd scroll past them, rolling my eyes, and get to the stuff I wanted to watch.
When they went full-on cheese pizza, it became a conscience issue. It no longer matters if they care about getting my dollars anymore. It's not about making a statement. It's about not allowing the money I've been allocated by my Creator to flow into the hands of His enemies. And, before this, I'd never quite seen Netflix as one of them.
That's actually not a Classical Liberal position. Even Thomas Jefferson believed the Bible should be taught in schools.
They're being paid.
It's enough to tempt me to move to south Dakota.
To all the people saying returning to a physical building for work sucks: START YOUR OWN BUSINESS. No one can tell you you have to report in person for anything. You get to determine your own hours. Think working from home is liberating? Try owning the company. If you have the self-discipline to work from home, you need to do this. It's time to take back our nation from these woke corporations!
Harharhar! I speak six different kinds of pegleg.
THIS IS WHY THEY WANTED NET NEUTRALITY!!! I can't believe it. That was the one issue I wasn't sure conservatives were right on. But they wanted it as a platform for cp?! To ensure the middlemen couldn't be prosecuted?
Additionally, since people are always touching their masks with dirty hands, and the mask then holds the virus right by your nose and mouth, they're increasing the number of exposures, too. We have more than a century of scientific literature telling us exactly why masks are a bad idea outside of very specific, controlled circumstances.
I've been saying this from the beginning.
And then, when they saw their elected representatives not abiding by mask ordinances, they took them off. People were a lot smarter back then.
Statistically speaking, those 3 tests are more likely than not false positives.
And 40% of Americans have had the corona. More than 25% of us have died from it.
It's the quietest of us; the most careful about our words, who will take up arms first.
Do you really think they haven't seen the videos of him groping children? Anyone who still supports Uncle Molesto after that probably won't ever turn on him.
You missed "Democrats provoke riots in major cities across the country." But then, I guess when it's been happening for months, it's probably not really news anymore.
Communism.
Don't forget the Dr Creuss moment.
I was a Cruz supporter. I didn't trust Trump because he was an unknown. I wasn't sure if he was running for fame, or because he meant what he said. I knew Cruz could counter-punch. I voted for Trump, and I'm really glad he won and I ended up being wrong, but Cruz isn't swamp. He's just been in the game long enough to learn to compromise.
I used to see that as an asset. Now I realize compromising with the democrats is shaking hands with death. I hope Cruz has come to the same conclusion. His Twitter game is strong, and he has the bonifides, but I'll have to be convinced he can stand against the political machine if I'm ever going to back him for president again.
No, it doesn't. And there are nearly 70 medical studies proving it. Masks make no difference in preventing transmission, and may actually increase transmission for the wearer.
Then you run into the people handing them out, though.
I know several, including one guy who tested negative twice, but the doctor still called it covid cause he can't do math.
You don't believe in germ theory? Then why are identifiable bacteria and virii present in unhealthy tissues? Why do they have DNA and RNA? Do you believe they're a byproduct of illness rather than the cause? And if so, what element of transmission do you believe has caused the spread of disease from one host to another when germs are transplanted? I'm not harping on you. I'm genuinely intrigued by the idea of a competing theory, and would like to better understand what you believe.
Yes and no. I believe the Muslim world has to rise in order for the events described in the book of Revelation to take place, and the western world currently stands in the way of that, but other events, like the Ezekiel War have to take place, first. I think we're still 20ish years from Great Britain (Gog and Magog/Gogmagog) and Russia (Rosh, Meshach/Moscow and Tubal/Siberia) from attacking the state of Israel.
That's common core for ya.
