I think you're assuming the elite have the same life goals and fears you have. They don't. They already have all the toys, all the power, technology we cant even imagine, and they are being faced with a public who are increasingly hostile and outside of the media class us plebs are starting to see who the true enemy is. They have everything to lose if they don't make us more manageable. So no, life wont just go on. It will be starvation in the third world and sterilization here. Step back a little. Think about all the poor people in this country and around the world .. you might disagree with them on values, but thr Rothschild family(just an example) is worth like 600 trillion... seems like we stop letting the pricks on the tippy top let half the world starve and the other half be burden into economic slavery. Had the same experience in canada last year. But I did defend the president. Pointed out i supported trump mostly because of his forgien policy and not starting new wars, that medical freedom was important for terminally ill people, and that the news was mostly cynical and hysterical because his presidency threatened a lot of corporate interests.... she seemed shocked that the president had done anything good ever.
