Here’s the definition of a deadly weapon from the same law:
(1) In this section, “dangerous weapon" means any firearm, loaded or unloaded; any electric weapon, as defined in s. 941.295 (1c) (a); metallic knuckles or knuckles of any substance which could be put to the same use with the same or similar effect as metallic knuckles; a nunchaku or any similar weapon consisting of 2 sticks of wood, plastic or metal connected at one end by a length of rope, chain, wire or leather; a cestus or similar material weighted with metal or other substance and worn on the hand; a shuriken or any similar pointed star-like object intended to injure a person when thrown; or a manrikigusari or similar length of chain having weighted ends.
No, You can’t buy or posses a firearm in Wisconsin before you are 18. There are some exceptions such as:
1: you can have a gun for hunting at 12 if supervised and at 14 unsupervised
2: if you are going to or currently at a firearms/ hunting training class
After looking at the videos again, your probably right about it not being a Molotov that was thrown. Other people are now saying that it was some sort of bag or a water bottle that was lit up by the lights or something.
As for who shot red shirt in the head, there are 2 green shirt militia guys that can be seen in this video. One of them is wearing shorts and a (Presumably) bulletproof vest, and he can be seen at about 3:04 in the video. The other is wearing long pants, blue gloves, and a med kit and can be seen clearly at about 0:40 in the video.
The person who shot red shirt had long pants, blue gloves, and a med kit. He then circles around the cars and come back into view, and then calls the cops.
I haven’t seen a video of this, but I heard that the mob tried pushing a flaming dumpster into a gas station, green shirt said stop, and then the mob charged at him.
I DID see a video of him being chased by The red shirt guy and had a Molotov cocktail thrown at him just before he turned around and shot Ensign Shoomi Neegah in the head. Then he immediately called 911 and told them he was attacked and had shot someone. Apparently dispatch told him to meet the police who were down the road, so he took off running towards them.
I then saw some other videos of a mob chasing after him, he tripped, they attacked him while he was on the ground, he shot them. After that another dude who was about to attack him ran away but started firing a gun back at green shirt, you can hear the shots in the videos and see that green shirt was NOT the one shooting at that time. Then green shirt ran over to the police with his hands up and I haven’t seen anything after that.
That only works when you have soros funded DA’s and AG’s who are unwilling to prosecute their guys for clear as day illegal behavior, but those same types of traitors are the ones who charged the McKluskies and the cops who shot the hamburgler at Wendy’s.
