The chances are slim to none and Slim just left town.

"A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted. Further, the judge found that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked the 'statutory authority' to change election law just days before Election Day."

This is the first step in throwing out the PA votes after election day. The PA-SSC will probably overturn their own state judge and then it goes to the USSC. Remember, Alito already ruled that PA had to separate these votes until the count. He also made comments that PA's Gov and Sec of State didn't have the authority.

I checked the PA mail-in/absentee ballot voter roll and then sorted it by DOB. There were over 10,000 people still on the voter rolls 95 or older. Wouldn't you know it, every one of those 95 or over age people requested a ballot and most of them were returned to the election officials. I stopped at age 95.

Here is the link. Scroll down to the list and sort by DOB. The 1/1/1800 DOB (57) are for victims of domestic violence so disregard those.

The Trump campaign must file an immediate suit directly to the USSC and ask for the following relief.

  1. Invalidate any counts where GOP observers were prevented from observing the process.

  2. Order the elections officials to re-start from the beginning and recount all of the ballots.

  3. Order that 1 GOP observer and 1 Dem observer must be sitting at the table next to the election vote counter to observe the counting process.

  4. Order that no votes can be certified unless this process is complete.

  5. Order that US Marshals will be present to enforce the court order.

"Led by Mark Pimentel, MD, the research team of the Medically Associated Science and Technology (MAST) Program at Cedars-Sinai has been developing the patent-pending Healight platform since 2016 and has produced a growing body of scientific evidence demonstrating pre-clinical safety and effectiveness of the technology as an antiviral and antibacterial treatment. The Healight technology employs proprietary methods of administering intermittent ultraviolet (UV) A light via a novel endotracheal medical device."
