if anything, the more people not consuming energy in the state the better - everyone should leave if they can. Senators have zero oversight over state actions and they have no executive authority. They spend most of their time in DC anyway. The senate is on recess and the no doubt this was a scheduled vacation. Why is this even controversial?

just know that the more social liberal craziness now, the bigger the backlash will be. What we are seeing is unsustainable. Corporations cannot exist if the marxist nonsense they are promoting succeeds, feminism is dead if genders don't exists, etc.

Because the electoral college voted and they certified it - that is all that matters. The electoral college is the end all and be all.

Not really, I mean millions of people are taking prostate medication to grow hair on their heads. You can have a single mechanism that affects multiple things.

because it is designed to dry up the parts market in NY - it is also just more nonsense that walls in normal legal activity with felonies. Imagine if any other right was treated this way. You have free speech, but let's say we determine your protest is illegal because you filed your permits wrong, or someone on your picket line stopped to tie their shoe and blocked the sidewalk, you just committed a felony.

the graph means a lot - he is stating unambiguously that the downward slope is proof of his theory and he provides a formula that takes the data he is talking about and represents it in the graph - i mean it's the freaking thumbnail of his video.

there is a maintenance carveout - but if you just want to break your upper to show your buddy how a pivot pin works, you just committed a felony.

Meanwhile yesterday in NY the Senate just passed a bill that makes it illegal to assemble a rifle, even from a serialized lower obtained from an FFL.
