Pence needs to stand up there and give the count without the fraudulent swing states in it, moving the vote to the House for a contingent election by the 50 delegations which, if all red state delegations keep their spines, Trump should win.

However, the Dems aren't going to stand for this. They won't show up to the House contingent election (unless they think they have enough red state delegations caving in.) If Pence refuses to count the fraudulent electoral votes, I think the government will collapse.

If you've been reading widely on the internet for over fifteen years and someone who gets literally all his news from NPR, CNN and The Hill says, "But that's not true!" there really is nothing you can do but shrug. They need a year or so of reading and filtering out BS before they can get it.

If SCOTUS tries to stop Pence from ignoring the fraudulent electoral votes, Pence needs to reply that SCOTUS doesn't have standing and proceed.

The Dems are going to appeal to the Electoral Count Act, which is a mishmash and unconstitutional. If neither Senate nor House sustain an objection to any of the swing state's electoral counts, it will be up to Pence to ignore the ECA and discount those fraudulent counts in his final tally.
