I was called for jury duty a few weeks ago in Ohio and I didn’t have to go in because the lawyers agreed to a virtual hearing. Doubt you will have to go unless it’s a serious offense.

DNA evidence proved that they didn’t rape that woman but there were 7 other rapes in the park that night. They described in detail how they held a woman down and gang raped her. Even if they’re exonerated from the 1 rape it doesn’t mean they’re not rapists. They just confessed to the wrong rape accusation.
