Most atheists are raised into religion and slowly drift away from the church. I would love to believe in a higher power, but that’s not going to happen at this point. It took years for me to gain enough confidence in my decision to tell family/friends. Most of us aren’t godless heathens with no understanding of good and evil.

I’m starting to think the Kraken case was never designed to end up in court. It might be factual but the case reads like something straight out of a movie. There’s no chance a ruling could be made in a timely manner. Trumps team used the branding of the Kraken Case to get people interested in all the less exciting constitutional based lawsuits.
Hiring a person that’s transitioning is a costly liability. You’re dealing with a mentally ill individual with a victim complex. Firing them will likely lead to a lawsuit.
