Im a manager. I see workers as humans if you do the work im happy if you dont do the work im mad. Color or lack of doesnt change the action. Imo.

It's mind blowing. Everything I'm reading on here is intresting and once I realized there was a lot of movement in corporate a year before the panademic and remembered the pandemic protocol safety book was already in my office by the end of January 2020 and was out of masks, gloves and rubbing alcohol long before the pandemic was main stream. Since I have come to that realization and I have been accurately predicticting product recalls days before corporate sends the order down just based on what I read on here. Trading cards are whats super important for people to want right now.

So I can see the point of veiw that we would want anyone who wants to be american come to america and be free, but that means the people coming also culturally want to be american. I guess they are thinking free in the terms of money and not humanitarian. You cant be american and expect a free ride from responsibilities and have your feelings hurt over others appreciation of dr. Suess. I was always taught follow the 10 amendments, treat others the way I want to be treated and be considerate.

Im not even that deep in it. I worded my response so generally incase the user name is figured out it belongs to me and my company discovers my true beliefs. Id like to think I work with a good company but times are scary. I work with the customers and that past 2 years customer service has been very difficult. Ive been working at store level customer service since 2007. Manners have change and entitlement makes customers treat others sub human.

Truth hurts. Im a manager and the other day a different department wrote a communication and I responded with the realistic truth explaining why their point was an unrealistic expectation. I was defending my employees and trying to open up disccussion to show both department's daily chanlleges and what the consequence would be if my department missed a deadline and what adjustments both departments can do to consistently never run into the main problem again. But no. Aparently I started war and now someone else is risking write up over it. Straight up wrong. Maybe Google will rationalize this wrongful act in the future that is was only try to cause world peace after 99% of the population are not using their brain.

I wonder if color goes from fact to oppinion next. Like if you have a blue towel but will legally have to be accepted on that if someone feels the factual blue towel is actually orange, you will be jailed for not going along with the dilusion.

I had symptoms for 5 days. Had a 101.5 fever just wanted to lay in bed and sleep. After my fever was gone couldnt taste or smell for 3 days. Headache sucked but laying down and resting made it not hurt. You know, what normal people do when they are feeling under the weather. Due to my refusal of getting tested but then told I couldnt return to work until I did, I tested after my symptoms were gone. I was healthy and paid for entire quaritine including the days prior to the quaritine clock starting feeling healthy and had almost an entire month off work paid. Great way to reward me not working. Was practically a paid vacation from work if you asked me. Ive been a survivor for 4 months now. I feel just the same as I did before I caught the novel virus.

Its gone up 70 cents in my area since Jan 20.

I do not understand what guideline gou5 broke. You stated a strongly worded oppinion supplied with a fact and then you asked a question because it looks like you are opened to discussion to have your mind changed. I do not see any violence and threats or harmful languages in any way. Although i dont understand hate speeh in any way shape or form other than I have gotten somewhat in my head as a context of having a different oppinion from someone else.

Are they posing for a picture, bowing to a false god, or bowing to false god in order to stay alive? The words on the caution tape arent in English so its safe to assume these people are in a part of the world where human rights violation is acceptable so thats where my questions stemmed from.

I don't have to pay state tax where I am. I have sales tax to pay but anyone who is in the state who buys taxed items have to pay unless they possess a valid montana/oregon/ect lisence. As for federal tax I do pay that tax but I don't think thats right cause a foreign entity is running things. Its like whos the fraud department we call to get the tax money back like when your debit card got stolen and you call the bank and they refund the money that was spent unauthorized by you.

I saw an article the state of Idaho house introducing a bill that will make mask mandates illegal. The more and more I see Idaho act the more I want to move there. Im 10 minutes from state line so I could still work my job lol.

I got on pink pajama pants that have the black lines so they actually look like pink plaid. Cause the plaid pattern has a square I wonder if im actually wearing swastika pajamas. So if you dont speak English even though the US has no official language that would mean people are bringing their culture to this country? Freedom of speech falls under freedom of laguage. In 5 years if they do not comprehend the constituion or respect the culture around the consitution then they should go. Something trivial like English speakers only is like silly if you ask me. What about deaf or mute immigrants? If they can communicate that should be good enough for any American. Communication isnt just about the language.
